Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the Enchantment Cleaning Services LLC website and to service inquiries made through the website. Specific cleaning work is also subject to the scope, price, timing, access, and other details agreed with the customer.

Quotes and scheduling

Website information and initial estimates are not binding until we confirm the service scope, price, date, property condition, and access arrangements. Availability is not guaranteed until scheduling is confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate property details, safe access, working utilities when required, and notice of hazards, fragile items, pets, restricted areas, or unusual conditions. Heavy construction debris, hazardous materials, pest infestations, and unsafe conditions may require specialized providers.

Service scope

We perform the cleaning tasks included in the agreed scope. Additional rooms, buildup, interior appliances, cabinets, special surfaces, or other work may require additional time and pricing. Results depend on material condition, permanent staining, wear, and access.

Cancellations and changes

Please provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling or cancelling. Any cancellation fee or deposit requirement will be communicated before it applies.

Website content is provided for general information and may change. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or copy branding and original content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Enchantment Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
