ABOUT THIS SERVICE

Two cleaning stages for renovation and construction projects

Construction dust travels into trim, ledges, fixtures, cabinets and floor edges long after the tools are packed away. We provide post-construction cleaning for homeowners, contractors and property managers preparing renovated spaces for the next trade, final walkthrough or occupancy.

Rough cleaning focuses on loose dust, approved small debris, heavy sweeping and vacuuming, accessible surfaces and preparing the space for the next phase. Final cleaning is the detailed presentation pass for fine dust, finished surfaces, trim, doors, fixtures, cabinets and floors.

The appropriate stage depends on the project and site condition. Large or heavy contractor waste, hazardous material and specialty construction debris are not included unless separately discussed and safely arranged.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Post-Construction Cleaning FAQs

What is the difference between rough and final cleaning?

Rough cleaning reduces loose dust and approved light debris and helps prepare the site for the next phase. Final cleaning is the detailed presentation pass for finished surfaces, trim, fixtures, cabinets and floors.

When should final post-construction cleaning be scheduled?

Schedule it after active trade work is complete and contractors have removed tools, materials and heavy debris. Fine dust may require more than one pass depending on the project.

Do you remove construction debris?

We can collect approved small debris and light residue within the agreed scope. Large, heavy or hazardous debris and contractor waste are not included unless specifically arranged.

Can I send photos for an estimate?

Yes. Current photos, square footage, project stage and the requested deadline help us prepare an accurate scope.
