ABOUT THIS SERVICE

Flexible help for one date, event, or busy season

One-time cleaning is a scheduling choice: it provides professional help for a single visit without a weekly, biweekly, or monthly commitment. Clients often use it before guests, after a demanding week, for seasonal upkeep, during recovery, or when selected rooms need focused attention.

The scope can cover a practical whole-home maintenance list or concentrate on kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other priority rooms. We confirm the time, property condition, and must-do items so the approved visit is realistic rather than promising every possible task in one appointment.

One-time does not automatically mean deep cleaning. If there is heavy buildup, neglected detail work, extensive baseboards, or a need to establish a recurring-service baseline, we may recommend the separate deep-cleaning scope. Add-ons also require advance approval.

COMMON QUESTIONS

One-Time Cleaning FAQs

Is one-time cleaning the same as deep cleaning?

No. One-time describes a single visit without an ongoing schedule. Deep cleaning describes a more extensive scope for buildup, neglected details, and baseline work. A one-time request may still need deep cleaning if the condition calls for it.

Can I choose only certain rooms?

Yes. Rank the rooms and tasks that matter most. We will build a realistic scope around the property condition and time approved.

Can I book before guests or an event?

Yes, subject to availability. Share the date early and identify the guest-facing rooms so the estimate can prioritize the right work.

Does one visit start recurring service?

No. Recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly service is a separate plan and begins only after the required initial deep cleaning.

Are add-ons available for a one-time appointment?

They may be. Appliance interiors, windows, blinds, laundry, dishes, organizing, and heavy treatments must be requested before the quote so enough time can be considered.
