Tenants, homeowners, landlords, realtors, and property managers should share the final-walkthrough date and any written cleaning requirements before the quote. The approved checklist can prioritize kitchens, bathrooms, empty rooms, appliance exteriors, closets, and the visible details most relevant to the handoff.
Cleaning cannot guarantee a security-deposit return, inspection result, sale, or landlord approval. Bulky belongings, abandoned items, hazardous material, and excessive trash are outside the standard scope; limited extra waste or appliance and cabinet interiors must be discussed and priced in advance.

Yes, when requested before service and included as quoted add-ons. Those interiors require the property to be emptied and the appliances to be safely accessible.
